Refund and Returns Policy

At HaRei Swim, we pour intention, care and love into every piece we create. We hope you absolutely love your HaRei product, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return: 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused
  • All original tags use be intact
  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that shows signs of wear, including sunscreen or washing.

Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless deemed faulty. 

Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • HaRei Swim will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item within Australia.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the fault We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, repair or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as HaRei Swim is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Australian and Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
