This website is operated by HaRei Swim. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HaRei Swim. HaRei Swim offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions and policies referenced herein.
Our products are designed for children and include swimwear, hats and towels.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e‑commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Section 1 – Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are the age of majority in your place of residence or have parental consent. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose.
Section 2 – Products & Intended Use
HaRei Swim products are designed for sun protection and water play. Our swimwear and hats are rated UPF 50+ under Australian/New Zealand standards at the time of manufacture.
UPF-rated garments help reduce UV exposure but do not eliminate it completely. HaRei Swim products are not a substitute for safe sun practices. We recommend combining our products with shade, hats, sunscreen on exposed areas, and supervision at all times.
Normal wear, stretching, chlorine, saltwater, and washing may reduce UPF effectiveness over time.
Towels are designed for drying and comfort only and do not provide sun protection.
Section 3 – Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, sizing and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. Colours may vary depending on screen settings.
Section 4 – Pricing & Availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Section 5 – Orders & Billing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact details.
Section 6 – Returns & Refunds
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.
Section 7 – Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All products are provided “as is” and “as available”. HaRei Swim is not liable for improper use of products, failure to follow care instructions, or lack of supervision.
