UPF Disclaimer
HaRei Swim garments are designed to provide sun protection and are rated UPF 50+ in accordance with Australian and New Zealand standards (AS/NZS 4399) at the time of manufacture.
UPF-rated clothing helps reduce exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation but does not eliminate it completely. No garment can provide 100% protection from UV radiation.
Our swimwear and hats are intended to be used as part of a broader sun safety approach.
The level of sun protection provided by UPF garments may be reduced over time due to:
- Normal wear and tear
- Stretching of fabric
- Chlorine and saltwater exposure
- Washing and drying practices
- Damage or thinning of fabric
HaRei Swim towels are designed for drying and comfort only and do not provide sun protection.
HaRei Swim does not guarantee protection against sunburn, skin damage, or other effects of UV exposure. Customers are responsible for assessing suitability and ensuring products are used appropriately for their intended purpose.
